Nix Companies approached me to help produce a series of recruitment videos and one overall video that encompasses how their people make the difference.  These videos are driven by interviews with the president of the company, and different Nix Companies' team members.  The videos were shot on a Canon T3i and the audio was recorded with a Tascam-DR05 and a sony lav mic.  The goal of this video was to connect with potential job seekers on an emotional level.
