
Nix Social Media Presence
Brackett Heating and Air needed a boost in reach on their social media campaign. I created these short social videos that garnered 11,990 people reached on Facebook, 823 post clicks, and 268 engagements. These were shot with a Canon t3i and used a mixture of natural light and LED light panels.

The Challenge
Before joining the Nix team as the Marketing Coordinator, they had already established a good presence on Facebook and LinkedIn. The challenge I faced was streamlining and scheduling posts, creating more professionally branded content, and increasing weekly and monthly reach, clicks, and engagement.
The Solution
I put together a social media plan that included monthly schedules for Facebook and LinkedIn. This allowed decision makers at Nix the ability to view and approve 2 posts per week that included a branded piece of content. I limited the posts to 2 a week to allow for more spontaneous posting that had already been proven to be working before I came to Nix. These spontaneous posts included timely and relevant information that we may not have a month in advance.
The Results
In the first 45 days of me taking over the Facebook page, Nix reached 42,801 people. We were able to get 18,916 post clicks. And finally, we garnered 2,181 posts engagements (likes, shares, or comments).
