The Challenge
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office needed help recruiting qualified confinement officers and then qualified deputies.
The Campaign
During my time at Oswald Marketing​, I helped with the creative and production of these videos. We decided to put together a recruitment campaign for the confinement center that included 3 different videos. One focused on protecting the community, one focused on fulfillment, and one focused on career opportunities. We then followed this campaign up with a video that focused on Deputies protecting the community and serving with pride.
The Results
The first confinement officer video had over 16,000 video views and over 250 shares on Facebook, organically with no pay per click. The deputies video had even more success with over 21,000 views and over 260 shares on Facebook organically. We also ran 30 second paid advertising on Facebook. We are still waiting for our final results.
